Product Usage Method

When the hot melt adhesive film for laminating the PU synthetic leather is used, it needs to be heated at high temperature to melt the adhesive film. After melting, the adhesive in the liquid state can infiltrate the surface of the adhesive. At the same time, a certain pressure is applied. After the hot melt adhesive film is cooled and hardened again, the adhesive itself forms a cohesive force, which produces a bonding strength and binds the adhesive together. The use of hot melt adhesive film is mainly divided into large area composite and small area bonding.

If it is a large-area composite, the composite machine is generally used to compound, and it is generally used in the composite processing of textiles, clothing fabrics, leather products, foam products and other coils. The general composite factory uses a large roller composite machine, as long as the previous rubber groove is replaced with a bearing that can carry hot melt film film material, it can be used normally. When used, the temperature of the composite drum is adjusted to the temperature of the hot melt film process, and a layer of hot melt film is insert between the materials that need to be composite, and the three layers of materials are combined together after the drum turns around.

The above categories of materials, if the format is small, are often used to compound the lining machine.
