



Introduction
Hot melt adhesive film is an enviromentally friendly adhesive that needs to be heated and melted at high temperature and used to bond various materials.It is a film-like product with or without release paper.It is widely used in the bonding the fabrics,paper,polymer materials and metals.
Hot melt adhesive film can be divided into the following commonly used materials based on different raw materials and composition:
PES:(Polythersulfone):has excellent heat resistance and chemical stability.
PO:(Polylefin):has good flexibility adn processability.
PA:(Polyamide):has high strength and wear resistance.
EVA:(Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer):has good adhesion and flexibility.
TPU:(Thermoplastic Polyurethane):has excellent elasticity and durability.
Now we will inroduce a super thin TPU hot melt adhesive film.Its thickness is only 10 microns,of course you can also do 20 microns.Very very thin,which can greatly save big costs for customers.Although the adhesive film is very thin,it is very useful.It is suitable for bonding recycled cotton and is mainly used in the floor mat and carpet industry.
