EVA hot melt adhesive film is a hot melt adhesive film prepared by using ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer as the base resin and adding viscosifier and other cooperative ingredients. It is coated by high precision die head, the thickness of the adhesive layer is uniform, solid at room temperature, non-stick, after heating, the adhesive layer melts and produces viscosity, and the two things can be firmly stuck after curing.

 

Products Characteristic

The use temperature is low, the bonding strength is high, the bonding range is wide, the melting point is low, the opening time is short, the strength is good, the curing speed is fast. EVA hot melt adhesive has strong adhesion to plastics, especially difficult to stick plastics.

1. Low bonding fastness, water washing resistance, hydrolysis resistance, excellent cold resistance

2. The melting point of the film is suitable for the operating temperature, and it is easy to control the construction temperature.

3. The adhesive layer is transparent, which will not affect the appearance of the adhesive, the adhesive film is soft, and the product feels good.

 

How To Use

The usage is similar to that of double-sided tape. 1. First, turn the adhesive surface towards the material A that needs to be glued, heat it with the machine for 5 seconds, and the adhesive layer is glued to the material A that you want to glue. 2. First tear off the release paper, and then put the adhesive surface of the adhesive material A towards the adhesive part of the material B that needs to be glued, and keep hot pressing for 15 seconds with an electric iron or hot pressing equipment. After cooling, the two materials AB and AB will be permanently glued.

 

Application Fields

It is mainly use for daily necessities, decorative materials, automotive interior, electronic shielding materials, including non-high temperature materials/wireless binding /PP, PET, PVC and other plastic products (such as PP material laundry bucket, ABS drainage valve, plastic nameplate bonding)/aluminum plate, steel plate /PP epaulets, wood-plastic composite board, aluminum-plastic composite board, non-adhesive seamless wall cloth.
