The Application

It is mainly use for bonding the PVC leather and the PU leather. It is also can use for the fiber fabric, the plastics, the metal, the wood, the ceramics and other material laminated bonding.

 

The Instructions

1. The operating temperature of this hot melt adhesive film for laminating the blended fabric is 140-160℃, the surface of the adhesive should be dry without oil, and make it not smooth when necessary.

2. Apply the heat sealing layer on the middle of the two adhesive materials, heat it to above the melting temperature, apply appropriate pressure (3-8bar), and solidify in pressure cooling to complete the bonding.
