The types of hot melt adhesive film can be divided into five kinds: EVA hot melt adhesive film, PA hot melt adhesive film, PES hot melt adhesive film, PP hot melt adhesive film and TPU hot melt adhesive film. They each have their own advantages and these five hot melt films have different characteristics and different applications. Here I will introduce a - TPU hot melt film!

 

Different specifications of TPU hot melt film have different melting temperatures, that is, high temperature and low temperature. If the heating temperature is higher than the temperature required by the TPU hot melt film, the TPU hot melt film will melt too fast or over-melt, making it easy for the glue to penetrate the bonded material. If the temperature is not appropriate, it is likely to lead to the "deterioration" of the hot melt film. Simply put, if the adhesive temperature of the TPU hot melt adhesive film is too high, it is likely to cause the TPU hot melt adhesive film to be "burnt", and the temperature far exceeds the upper limit of the corresponding cornea itself.
