Introduction
The scope of the word plastic is very large, it is our general term for a class of chemical products. We commonly may be PVC, PE, PP and other such plastics, but in fact, plastic is not limited to this kind of material, such as our hot melt film industry often involved in the bonding of footwear, footwear EVA foam material, TPU foam material, they are now using hot melt adhesive film bonding. And EVA foam materials, TPU foam materials, they are essentially a kind of plastic. If you want a Hot melt adhesive film with release paper Manufacturer & Long-Term Oversea Partner, Weitao is your good choice!

Working principle
For example, our hot melt film commonly used in the field of clothing, in fact, also involves plastic products. Because of the variety of clothing fabrics. Natural materials are cotton, hemp, silk and so on. There are natural synthetic, that is, chemical fibers. Chemical fiber is actually a plastic product, because it is also extracted from petroleum, but it is eventually made into textiles, and it is essentially no different from plastic.
So, you have to ask, can plastic be bonded using hot melt adhesive film? The answer must be yes, and in fact, in a broad sense, hot melt film has been widely used in plastic products. So, in a narrow sense, can the plastic products we usually see be bonded with hot melt adhesive film? That's another question.
The material characteristics of different plastics are actually very different, and some plastics are very difficult to bond, especially some plastic products with relatively high oil content, such as polytetrafluoroethylene, is a plastic that is difficult to bond. However, for ordinary plastic products, Polypropylene Thermoplastic Film is usually possible to find adhesive solutions, and it is also feasible to find hot melt adhesive film to bond. For example, PVC plastic can try to use TPU hot melt adhesive film to bond, while PE plastic and PP plastic can usually try to use PO hot melt adhesive film products to bond.

Product Usage Method
Hot melt adhesive film divide into the Hot melt film with release paper and hot melt adhesive without release paper.
Hot melt film with release paper is generally adopted by the preparation process. First, the hot melt adhesive film surface with the release paper or release film is attached to one of the materials that need to be composite, and the rapid composite under low pressure and low temperature conditions, so that the film product and the composite material are initially bonded together and reserved for other use. Before composite with another material, strip the release paper or release film, and then give a certain pressure and temperature, after the process required time, the product can be naturally cooled to compound the two materials.
Hot melt film without release paper is also often called bare mold because it is not attached to the release paper or release film. The substrate free hot melt film is usually compounded between materials by paving method. When composite, the baseless hot melt adhesive film is paved between the two materials that need to be bonded, and after giving a certain pressure and temperature, the two materials can be combined together after natural cooling after the process is specified. Continuous operation can be achieved when the substrate free hot melt film is used to compound coil products.
